We, the undersigned residents and voters of the City of Philadelphia support an incentive-based recycling program based on the successful RecycleBank™ pilot project. We urge our elected officials to use their legislative and executive powers to implement the RecycleBank™ program, and weekly throughout Philadelphia. Furthermore, we support the Recycle NOW Philadelphia Campaign on behalf of the Recycling Alliance of Philadelphia and other campaign sponsors in their advocacy to expand recycling in the City of Philadelphia.
